Our Commitment

Shore Way Management is committed to ensuring that our website, shorewaymgmt.com, is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to information about our vacation rental property management services.

In building and maintaining our website, we have taken the following steps to improve accessibility:

• All images include descriptive alt text
• All form inputs include associated labels
• Color contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA minimums (4.5:1 for normal text)
• Interactive elements are keyboard navigable
• Navigation landmarks (nav, main, footer) are properly marked up with ARIA roles
• All videos include a muted/autoplay behavior respecting user preferences
• The site respects the prefers-reduced-motion media query — animations are disabled for users who have requested reduced motion in their system settings
• Mobile-responsive design ensures usability across all screen sizes and devices

Known Limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, some areas of our site are still being improved:

• Some older PDF documents may not be fully screen-reader accessible. We are working to remediate these.
• Third-party embedded tools (such as our contact and revenue estimate forms powered by GoHighLevel) are subject to the accessibility provisions of that platform. We have notified our provider of accessibility requirements.
• Property photos currently rely on generic alt text in some instances — we are working to add descriptive captions.

We are actively auditing and improving our site on an ongoing basis.
