Can I still use my property when I want?
Absolutely. You maintain full access to your property. Just block out your dates in the owner portal and we'll work around them. Owner stays are always your right.
What happens if there's damage from a guest?
We vet every guest before accepting a booking. In the event of damage, we work with the platform's host protection policies and our own processes to resolve it quickly. We also partner with a third-party insurance provider that offers additional protection for missing or damaged items — adding another layer of coverage beyond what the platforms provide. We'll always communicate with you directly and promptly.
How is Shore Way different from iTrip or a national company?
